A cooktop and electric oven are among the highest-load kitchen appliances. They should not be connected to a random socket group without checking cable size, breaker, RCD and grounding.
An electrician should calculate appliance power, cable length, cable size, breaker rating, RCD protection and grounding. The breaker must protect the cable, not hide an overloaded line.
If the breaker trips, the socket or terminal box gets warm, there is a plastic smell or lights flicker, the line should be tested under load.
